What a pleasure it was for us to hold our Training conference at the Y.O. Resort Hotel last week! Y.O. staff was very attentive and helpful

Without Clover's assistance we wouldn't have an all inclusive group photo and she literally risked her neck navigating the pool area to help us out. The entertainment provided Thursday evening by Part of the Problem was a special treat with the yodeling contest as the ultimate coup. You and all the Y.O. staff played a crucial role in the success of our conference and we greatly appreciate all your hard work.

Sorry it has taken me so long to get this to you. Enclosed is the survey rating form.
I filled it out, but wanted to elaborate on the quality of service we received at the YO Ranch.
When I arrived, envelopes had already been prepared for all our participants that included their room key
and coupons for meals.
I had an agenda prepared that I asked the young lady to give to the people as they arrived. I happened to be there when one of our Directors arrived, and she gave him the envelope. I mentioned that I had left a sheet to be given to each one as they arrived. She said "Oh, we've already put those in the envelopes!" That was the first surprise.
As I sat in the lobby waiting for some of the Directors, I witnessed the same young lady drive one of your elderly patron's car around.
The lady had been playing bridge and was using a walker. Your employee cheerfully opened the door for her, folded up her walker. Your employee cheerfully opened the door for her, folded up her walker and made sure she got situated in the driver's seat. I wish I could clone her – she looked so happy to be doing her job!
The food at the YO Ranch is superb! I'm sure you know how difficult it is to choose a menu that 18 people will ALL like. And one never really knows until they sit down at the table whether the
meal will be mediocre or really good. I can tell you – you need to hand on to your chef! The food was excellent – of a much higher quality than I ever imagined. (For example, I think my boss at three
pieces of the strawberry cheesecake Saturday night – and he doesn't even really like cheesecake.)
Putting this planning session together was a breeze because of you and Dani.
We have not had one outside of San Angelo in many years mostly because of cost. Having it at the Y.O. allowed us to be able to get away as a group and not worry about the cost. It was very reasonably priced. And you and Dani made it very easy for me.
Once again thank you so very much for your help and courtesy. Everyone of your staff is pleasant and helpful.
I'm not sure we will be able to do our planning session out of town on an annual basis, but you can rest assured, we will be back!

Ranch Resort Hotel and Conference Center provided for the Earthmoving Contractors Association of Texas 46th Annual Meeting in Kerrville on June 24th thru 26th. Everyone was very complementary of the
arrangements made for us. The Annual Meeting was a big success and everyone had a good time which is due to the wonderful service you all provided.

making last minute arrangements for us when our planned outing at the Kerrville City Park got rained out. It was your kind consideration and help for this unforeseen event that made our meeting a success.
Also, our annual banquet and dance arrangements you provided were extremely wonderful and everyone was very complementary of the food and drink. The service staff was very professional and did an outstanding job of meal preparation and serving.

Well, I can't get the survey, but do want you to know that we had a wonderful time; the hotel could not have been nicer, starting with you. Everyone we came
in contact with was super, and anything we asked for, we got immediately. We really liked the rooms. The dining room was great, food was very good, plenty of it, and reasonable pricing. We ate there two nights. The
service was also very good and timely as well. Your lobby is gorgeous. We will be back as this was one of our best golf trips, and you were so right to tell us about the Hidden Springs golf course, it was our
favorite, so cute. Actually everywhere we went people were extremely nice to us and couldn't have been more helpful. Kerrville in general is on my list of return places. I do all the groups for a local bank, bank
ladies club.
